ACBA Credit Agricole Bank launches new app for scanning QR codes

ACBA Credit Agricole Bank has launched a new free app - the ACBA QR - to enable ad-free, quick and safe scanning of QR codes.

Through the app, users can not only read QR codes, but also remember previously-scanned URLs by dates and immediately use them if need be, as well as follow news and current bank rates.

Also, the bank is planning to place QR codes on all the printed materials available to customers to create another platform for getting in contact with them.

The app is already available on Google Play and the App Store.

The bank was established in 1996 as part of the European Union’s TACIS program. In September 2006, France’s Credit Agricole Group became the biggest shareholder of the bank by making considerable investments in its capital.
