"Our energy Minister will meet not only with his counterpart but also with Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki who heads the Iranian part of intergovernmental cooperation committee," he noted. "Issues to be discussed during negotiations are already being outlined. Let me note this practice is not something frequent and not common to all states," Russian official stressed.
