Armenia will urge reparation of moral damages for Armenian officer murder

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian side intends to initiate a civil case on reparation of moral damages for the murder of the Armenian officer in Budapest, lawyer Nazeli Vardanyan told a news conference in Yerevan. She said the essential documents have been already filed. "We did not want to mix the issue with the murder case, since it's a separate and long-term process. We will be consistent," Vardanyan said. The Armenian side intends to demand a $500 thousand compensation, according to her, www.newsarmenia.ru reports.
