The same day the Armenian FM will depart for Bern, where he will meet with the President of Swiss Confederation, head of Federal Department for Foreign Relations Michelin Calmy-Rey. V. Oskanian will meet his Azeri counterpart Elmar Mamedyarov in Geneva March 14.
