  Serge Sargsyan heads Republican Party of ArmeniaMarch 26, 2007 - 15:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the council of the Republic Party of Armenia (RPA), Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan assumed the duties of the acting chairman of the party, RPA Spokesman Eduard Sharmazanov told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. According to the RPA regulations, in the absence of the chairman his duties are assumed by the chairman of the party council, he said.
