  March 28 announced mourning day in ArmeniaMarch 26, 2007 - 15:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian signed a decree on announcing March 28 a mourning day over the untimely death of Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan, reported the RA leader's press office. Ministries, departments, region administrations and the Mayor of Yerevan were ordered to lower the RA state flags throughout Armenia and at the republic's diplomatic representations abroad. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
