U.S. Acting Charge d'Affairs Rudolf Perina arrives in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - U.S. Acting Charge d'Affairs to Armenia, Mr Rudolf Perina has arrived in Yerevan, U.S. Embassy PR Officer Thomas Mittnacht told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Mr Perina replaced Anthony Godfrey, who took the office U.S. Charge d'Affairs after Ambassador's recall.



Mr Perina was the U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group in 2001-2004. In 1993-1996 he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Canada. In 1998-2001 he was U.S. Ambassador to Moldavia.
