Azerbaijan's territorial integrity wasn't violated, as NKR military liberated their lands

PanARMENIAN.Net - No one violated the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. The NKR military liberated their lands, political scientist Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan told a news conference in Yerevan. "The world doesn't fancy the situation that emerged after the USSR decline," he said.



"The Armenian diplomacy doesn't carry out a sufficient amount of work. We constantly have to explain to the international community the line of borders of modern Azerbaijan, which is not the assignee of the Azeri SSR," he said.



"The OSCE PA resolution on 'frozen conflicts' in Moldova and Georgia reads that these conflicts should be settled basing on the principles of territorial integrity of these states. However, it doesn't refer to Nagorno Karabakh," he said
