Robert Kocharian congratulated Bako Sahakyan on his election as NKR President

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian sent a congratulatory message to newly elected President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan, the Presidential Press Office reports. R. Kocharian's message, in particular, reads as follows, "Dear Mr. Sahakyan. I congratulate you on your elections as the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. I am sure that NKR's political and economic development will continue through your leadership, close cooperation with other power branches and efforts of the whole people of Artsakh. I believe you will begin to work with new inspiration on solution of problems that have emerged in front of the country and the nation.



The July 19 elections are evidence for the formation of the statehood based on democratic principles. It once again comes to prove that the existence of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic is an irreversible historical reality.
