"An attempt to create the atmosphere of trust between Azeri and Armenian communities of Nagorno Karabakh was made after a long pause. The first trip was welcomed by the international community. The meetings with Presidents of both states attached significance to the measure. I do not rule out continuation of meetings in this format," Polad Bulbuloglu said, Bakililar.AZ reports. Armen Smbatian, the RA Ambassador to Russia, said this week that the second visit of Armenian and Azeri intellectuals to Baku, Stepanakert and Yerevan is being planned.
