  RA President and CoE Commissioner discussed human rights in republicOctober 9, 2007 - 18:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian received today Council of Europe's Commission for Human Rights, Mr Thomas Hammarberg, the RA leader's press office reported.The parties discussed reforms in the juridical system as a guarantee for human rights protection in the republic.
