  Armenia, Lithuania sign plan on military cooperation for 2008November 12, 2007 - 14:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan and his Lithuanian counterpart Juozas Olekas signed a plan of cooperation for 2008.RA Minister's Spokesman, col. Seyran Shahsuvaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net that the parties noted that meetings will promote development of relations, specifically in the military technical sector.
