  RA Foreign Minister departing for Madrid to participate in OSCE FM summitNovember 27, 2007 - 16:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - November 28, Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian will depart for Madrid to participate in the summit of OSCE Foreign Ministers due November 29-30. Vartan Oskanian is scheduled to meet with Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group on the Nagorno Karabakh s conflict settlement.
