He is scheduled to meet with Estonian parliament vice speaker Kristina Ojuland, FM Urmas Paet, members of the Armenia-Estonia parliamentary friendship group and representatives of the Armenian community. December 5-6, Minister Oskanian will be in Moscow to meet his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha and Ambassadors to Armenia with Moscow residence. He will also give a speech at the RF Diplomatic Academy. December 7, Vartan Oskanian will pay a working visit to Strasbourg where he is scheduled to meet with CoE Secretary General Terry Davis, Ago monitoring group and President of the European Court of Human Rights Jean Paul Costa.
