Republic party leader accused under three RA PC articles

PanARMENIAN.Net - Aram Sargsyan, leader of Republic opposition party and brother of Prime Minister Vazgen Sargsyan killed on October 27, 1999, was charged in compliance with three articles of the RA Penal Code - article 225.3 (disorders), 225.1 (violation of the order of public event organization) and 300.1 (accroachment).



Sargsyan gave a written cognizance not to leave, IA Regnum reports.



In all, 106 people were accused under various articles of the Penal Code.
