"With participation in Rubezh 2008 (CSTO) and Cooperative Longbow/Lancer-2008 (NATO), Armenian armed forces will enter a new stage of its development," Seyran Ohanyan told a news conference in Yerevan. He also remarked that Baku disseminates misinformation that Russia cut the quota in its military institutes for Armenian students and increased it for Azeris.
