Turkish President's envoy Unal Cevikoz arriving in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish President's envoy Unal Cevikoz is arriving in Armenia on September 3, head of media relations division at the RA MFA Tigran Balayan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.



"During a meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, the officials will exchange views on regional security issues. They will also touch upon the Caucasus Cooperation and Stability Platform," he said.



Yesterday Turkish media reported that a delegation of Turkish diplomats will travel to Yerevan this week to assess the security measures for the potential visit of President Abdullah Gul on Sept. 6.



Unal Cevikoz led the Turkish delegation at talks with Armenian diplomats in Bern in July 2008.
