  RA FM off to Moscow for CSTO Foreign Ministers sessionSeptember 4, 2008 - 14:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian departed for Moscow Thursday to attend a session of CSTO Foreign Ministers, the RA MFA press office reported.Armenia assumes CSTO presidency in the Collective Security Treaty Organization on September 4. The next day Minister Nalbandian will take part in a meeting of the Collective Security Council.
