Cooperative Longbow/Lancer-2008 NATO exercise second stage kicks off in ArmeniaOctober 8, 2008 - 15:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The second stage of Cooperative Longbow/Lancer-2008 NATO exercise in the framework of Partnership for Peace program will be conducted in Armenia from October 8 to October 20.The goal of the exercise is to drill interoperability within NATO forces. 17 countries, namely Hungary, Canada, Lithuania, Poland, Greece, Macedonia, Czechia, Austria, Albania, UAE, Switzerland, Moldova, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Bosnia & Herzegovina and the U.S. are participating. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
