Avet Terteryan's Earthquake opera first night due in Yerevan Feb. 11

PanARMENIAN.Net - Avet Terteryan's Earthquake opera first night is due in Yerevan National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet on February 11



The opera is dedicated to the devastating Spitak earthquake which claimed lives of 25 thousand people.



The premiere is dated to the 80th birthday of the composer. Avet Terteryan, people's artist of the Armenian SSR and professor of Yerevan State Conservatoire died in Yekatirenburg, Russia, in 1994.
