World powers define Armenian-Turkish negotiations logics

PanARMENIAN.Net - It is likely that the logic of Armenian-Turkish reconciliation process is defined also by world powers, Armenian Genocide Museum Institute Director Hayk Demoyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter at press conference in Yerevan today.



"U.S. has its interests in region and Washington wants to ease tensions in Caucasus. However, there are countries which dislike the U.S policy," the Armenian historian said.



On April 23, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland mediated signature of agreement on road map between Armenian and Turkish MFAs. Turkish media insists it was done under U.S. pressure.
