Movses Shakhverdyan: Armenia can't avoid relations with TurkeyMay 7, 2009 - 20:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - I believe that the border between Armenia and Turkey mustn't be closed and see no danger in its opening, RA Socialist Labor Party Leader Movses Shahverdyan told a news conference. He also added that Turkey, rather than Armenia has a negative attitude towards its neighbors. He stated that Turkey, in difference to Armenia, is conducting a strong diplomacy and Armenia can't avoid relations with Turkey. Movses Shahverdyan noted that information on road map was only published in Turkey. Armenia made no comments in this matter, only stating that the agreement hasn't been signed and negotiations are in process.
