"I am surprised to hear this, as all EU member countries deny Russia's opposition to the initiate. Russia and EU have developed their own program aimed to simplify the visa system," he said. According to Ambassador Knothe, actions and statements by certain countries create an impression that Russia stands against the Eastern Partnership.
