According to Oskanian, Russia, USA and the EU are interested in opening of the Armenian-Turkish border. "But they all are perfectly aware that the border will be opened only while solving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," ex-Foreign Minister of Armenia emphasized. He also recalled Maindorf declaration, signed by the Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia on November 2, 2008 in Moscow. "The declaration has a provision under which the conflict must be resolved on the basis of international organizations' resolutions. But none of those resolutions is based on the interests of the Armenian people, " Mr. Oskanian said.
