He noted that wheat manufacturing volume in Artsakh thrice exceeds needs of population. There are also issues with repopulation of liberated territories. Currently, according to Hovhannesyan, NKR population density is 10% lower than that of Armenia. "We have to strengthen military success of Karabakh with economic achievements," Hovhannesyan concluded.
