PanARMENIAN.Net - Two protocols signed between Turkey and Armenia have paved a way for the establishment of a historical committee to study Armenian Genocide issues, Yeni Safak Turkish newspaper reported. Former chairman of the Turkish Historical Society Yusuf Halacoglu said the opportunity to study Genocide ''claims'' should not be missed.
