According to him, the party has already participated in these discussions and remained disappointed, though Stepan Safaryan does not rule out a possibility of party's participation in these consultations on Armenian-Turkish protocols. "Taking into account the experience of the party, in case of receiving a written invitation, we would decide, to participate or not," Stepan Safaryan said.
