PanARMENIAN.Net - Protocols were not the only way to open the border with Turkey, according ARF Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary group leader Vahan Hovhannisian.



"We should remember that Turkey signed 1958 Geneva Conventions on the Law of the Sea, which secure landlocked countries' right to outlet to the sea," he said. "Armenia could press for opening of the border leaning on this fact but not singing the Protocols which contain Turkey's preconditions."
