She also said that the Armenian side drew attention to Azerbaijan's inadequate behavior in PACE. For her part, Prosperous Armenia party member Naira Zohrabyan said that the Armenian delegation repulsed the Azeri propaganda aimed at distortion of Nagorno Karabakh history. According to her, PACE members changed opinion about the Karabakh problem and confessed "they had erroneous idea about the conflict before." She also suggested that special funds should be allocated for explanatory work in PACE in 2010. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
