Political will is the guarantor of RA-Turkey Protocols' ratification

PanARMENIAN.Net - "We believe, it would be logical if Turkish Parliament were the first to ratify Protocols, as the closing of the border was initiated by Turkey," RA Republican Party Parliamentary Faction Secretary Eduard Sharmazanov stated.

According to Sharmazanov, as the majority of RA and Turkish parliaments is comprised of ruling parties, Protocols' ratification won't be an issue should the countries show political will.
