Opening of Armenian-Turkish border to be linked to Karabakh process

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish parliament will ratify the Protocols but opening of the border will be protracted till resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, according to Artyusha Shahbazyan, secretary of ARF Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary group.



"Turkey has always linked and will link opening of the border to Karabakh process. It can be proved by relevant statement made by high-ranking Turkish officials and by presence OSCE MG Co-chairs during the ceremony of signing of Armenia-Turkey protocols in Zurich," he said.
