  ANC plans no rallies in near futureOctober 22, 2009 - 15:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - As of now, Armenian National Congress sees no need in conducting rallies, ANC Foreign Relations Committee Head Vladimir Karapetyan told a news conference in Yerevan. According to him, ANC studies people's reaction, preferring for the moment to communicate through media. So, no plans as to the next rally are made yet," Vladimir Karapetyan stated.
