Police did not allow rally participants to approach presidential residence

PanARMENIAN.Net - Anti-ratification rally, organized by Heritage MP Zaruhi Postanjyan ended in demonstrators' dispersal. As PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported, the police did not allow rally participants to approach presidential residence. "Force was applied against us. Police acted in anti-constitutional manner, violating a law on marches, meetings and demonstrators. Still, we intend to continue with our struggle," Zaruhi Postanjyan concluded.



"RA Premier was aware of the rally. Still, demonstrators were forbidden from seeing the president, as he was attending an important event," Larisa Alaverdyan said.



Rally included about 20 participants, who marched from governmental residence to RA Parliament, chanting anti-Protocol mottos.
