Vulnerability of Armenia's national diplomacy explained by lack of education

PanARMENIAN.Net - ''No progress will be registered in Armenia's national diplomacy, unless proper educational level is reached,'' Heritage Parliamentary Faction MP Anahit Bakhshyan told a news conference in Yerevan.

National diplomacy is an art of words, to be implemented only if the generation is educated enough, she emphasized.

According to Anahit Bakhshyan, national diplomacy can promote NKR's involvement in negotiation process within OSCE MG format. ''Our government has to insist on Artsakh representatives' attending every meeting with Azeri colleagues,'' the MP noted, adding that recent Armenian parliamentarians' meeting with Azeri colleagues in Russia's State Duma would be more effective if NKR MPs were present.
