The organizers pledged security for contest participants to arrive from Armenia, Russia, Sweden, Romania, Serbia, Georgia, Cyprus, Malta, Belgium, Belarus and Macedonia. As of November 4, 93 cases of swine flu were registered in Ukraine. Quarantine was announced in some regions.
