  Armenia should ratify protocols ahead of TurkeyNovember 11, 2009 - 13:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia should ratify the protocols ahead of Turkey, according to Stepan Grigoryan, head of analytical center on globalization and regional cooperation (ACGRC). "Protracting the ratification process, Yerevan can provoke inclusion of Karabakh issue into talks with Ankara," he said, adding that failure of the Armenian-Turkish dialogue will entail greater pressure of superpowers on Armenia. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
