Armenian side not discussed issues of refugees and seven regions around Karabakh with Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net -

"I do not know who the President of Azerbaijan discussed with the issues of refugees or seven regions around Nagorno-Karabakh, since only the status of Nagorno Karabakh is being negotiated," November 18 during the governmental hour in the National Assembly of Armenia the Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian said, responding to a question by the Secretary of the parliamentary faction of the Republican Party of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov.

The Armenian Foreign minister recalled that the Azerbaijani side has refused to negotiate around the Madrid principles and even denied their existence within more than a year. "Now, in recent months, negotiations have been conducted around the Madrid document, and only the status of Nagorno Karabakh Republic is discussed", Edward Nalbandian explained.
