  Hovhannes Hovhannesyan: Armenia hasn't overcome internal political crisis yetNovember 30, 2009 - 18:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President Serzh Sargsyan's speech at the 12th RPA congress was full of ungrounded optimism, Armenian Liberal Party (LPA) leader Hovhannes Hovhannesyan said."The President's statement on Armenia's overcoming internal political crisis was untrue," he told joint news conference with RPA parliamentary group member Mkrtich Minasyan. For his part, Mkrtich Minasyan disagreed with the opinion and noted that the President addressed all issues the Armenian people are concerned over. "Development program and RPA's steps to be undertaken to that end were clearly described," he emphasized.
