Spanish TV interested in Laura Hayrapteyan's song Barcelona

PanARMENIAN.Net - Voting in Eurovision Junior was absolutely objective, according to Diana Mnatsakanyan, Advisor to Public Television's Executive Director on Special Projects. "The 5 points received from Macedonia was a great achievement for us. But let us refrain from judging winners," she told today a news conference devoted to Laura Hayrapetyan's performance Eurovision Junior 2009 song contest.

At that, she noted that Spanish TV was interested in Armenian representative's song Barcelona. However, Mnatsakanyan refrained from making comments on Hayrapetyan's possible participation in Eurovision 2010 adult contest. It is untimely to speak about Armenia's further participation unless there is satisfactory response with regard to Azerbaijan's illegal actions during Eurovision 2009, she said.

In Eurovision Junior 2009 contest held on November 21 in Kiev (Ukraine), Armenian representative Laura Hayrapetyan became a silver prize winner, receiving 116 points.
