Garegin Azaryan: Armenia's CEC did not impair Pashinyan's rights as parliamentary candidate

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Parliamentarism Center" NGO leader Ruben Torosyan's statement on the alleged fact that Central Election Committee did not inform the Prosecutor's Office on nominating and registering "Haykakan Zhamanak" newspaper Editor-in-Chief, Nikol Pashinyan as a parliamentary candidate, thus violating part 6, art 111 of RA Election Code, is an arbitrary comment of RA CEC articles," head of RA Central Election Committee Garegin Azaryan said.



As he noted at news conference today, CEC put no obstacles in the fulfillment of RA Election Code art. 110 stipulations, neither did it impair the candidate's rights.
