Khachkar commemorating Armenian Genocide to be inaugurated in Canada

PanARMENIAN.Net - A khachkar commemorating the Armenian Genocide will be inaugurated in the yard of St. Hakop Church, Canada.



"Khachkar is the seal of God on the Armenian land, it's the prayer of our nation," sculptor Varazdat Hambardzumyan said. "One to symbolize the Armenian-Russian friendship will be unveiled in Moscow soon," he said.



Varazdat Hambardzumyan is the author of over 400 khachkars which were installed Armenia, Greece, Switzerland, Ukraine, UAE and US.
