  Oleg Yesayan appointed as RA Ambassador to RussiaJanuary 22, 2010 - 13:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 21, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan appointed Oleg Yesayan as RA Ambassador to Russia, the presidential press service reported.Ex-Ambassador Armen Smbatyan was elected as Executive Director of CIS Intergovernmental Humanitarian Foundation in late 2009. Oleg Yesayan formerly held the posts of RA Ambassador to Belarus and Speaker of National Assembly of Artsakh Republic (NKR).
