Ameriabank subsidiary opened in KajaranSeptember 24, 2009 - 20:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 24, an official opening of Ameriabank new subsidiary in Kajaran, RA Syunik region took place. The ceremony was attended by bank management, local administration head and Kajaran Copper Molybdenum Factory Director Artsruni Averisyan."As an investment bank, Ameriabank pursues corporate client-oriented policy and is focused on delivering high-quality customer service," Ameriabank Development Department Director Tigran Jrbashyan said at the opening of new Ameriabank subsidiary. According to Tigran Jrbashyan opening of Kajaran subsidiary was suggested by demands of corporate clients, particularly, Copper Molybdenum Factory. "Quality of service offered at Kajanran subsidiary will be on a level with services provided in Yerevan," he noted. Beside new Kajaran subsidiary, 2 Ameriabank subsidiaries are operating in Yerevan and Stepanakert. Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
