  Armenia and Lithuania to develop bilateral cooperation in various spheresNovember 20, 2009 - 18:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia and Lithuania intend to develop bilateral ties in different spheres, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan told a joint news conference with Lithuanian FM Vygaudas Uackas. "My Lithuanian colleague and me discussed issues on deepening cooperation in spheres of science, culture and economy. We are determined about extending cooperation both in bilateral format and in the frameworks of Armenia-EU relations," said Armenian FM.Lithuania's Foreign Minister noted in turn that Armenia is one of the active EU partner states and reiterated his country's willingness to share its Euro-integration experience with Armenia. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
