William Saroyan’s collection of stories translated into Latvian

PanARMENIAN.Net - The collection of stories of Armenian American author William Saroyan was translated into Latvian. The program was initiated by the member of Latvia-Armenia organization and the international association of journalists, writers and publishers, the editor of Ararat newspaper in Latvia, Alexander Geronyan.

On March 9, within the framework of Armenian delegation’s visit to Latvia, the head of the delegation Armenian Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan met with Geronyan. A number of issues, including Armenia-Latvia translation programs were discussed.
