Asked whether the victory of Azerbaijan can somehow change Baku’s military rhetoric, Musabekov presumed that it can be mitigated. Azerbaijan’s Ell/Nikki duet with Running Scared song won the Eurovision 2011 in Düsseldorf, thus giving Baku the chance to host the contest next year . Armenia’s Emmy was knocked out of the May 10 finals. As head of the Armenian delegation to Eurovision 2011 Gohar Gasparyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, it will be later announced whether Armenia will participate in the Baku-hosted contest.
