One-actor Theater Festival ArmMono to open in Artsakh July 15, 2011 - 13:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 18 – 22, a one-actor Theater Festival ArmMono dated to the 20th anniversary of proclamation of Artsakh’s independence opens in Artsakh, according to the Festival Director Marianna Mkhitaryan. The Festival is organized by the Theatre Workers Union of Armenia at the support of Armenia’s Ministry of Diaspora and Ministry of Culture, as well as NKR’s Ministry of Culture, Sport and Youth Affairs. Within 5 days in various cities, Armenian actors will have 18 shows, namely, Samvel Baghinyan’s ‘Book of Prayer’, Gretta Mejlumyan’s ‘Trees’ etc. Funds raised from one-actor shows will be allocated to repair of the Theater after V.Papazian in Stepanakert. Mkhitaryan told a press conference that the Festival aims to make input to Artsakh’s well-being. The ticket price will be symbolic, and the profit modest, according to her.
