Yerevan to host international seminar on manuscripts preservation October 24, 2011 - 15:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On Oct 24-28, Matenadaran, the Museum of Ancient Manuscripts, will host an international seminar on up-to date technologies for preservation and restoration of manuscripts and printings. As the project manager Ara Khzmalyan told a news conference in Yerevan, at the event, local and foreign experts will focus on manuscripts’ preservation issue. “The seminar will also provide a chance to familiarize foreign guest with Armenia’s heritage,” Khzmalyan stressed. The event will feature master classes of Russian, Austrian and Ukrainian experts, enabling exchange of experience among younger specialists.
