The foreign minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian and the deputy Secretary General of NATO on political affairs, Ambassador Dr. Klaus-Peter Klaiber, who is on a working visit in Yerevan, exchanged opinions today on the possible establishing of a regional security system in the South Caucasus.
