Press-secretary of Armenian President, Vahe Gabrielian said at today's briefing that there are no grounds to accuse France of prejudiced position in the Karabakh issue settlement, and what is more, to speak about excluding it from the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship.

Spokesman of Armenian President, Vahe Gabrielian said at today's briefing that statements of some political forces of Armenia concerning the fact that Georgian Samtskhe-Javaheti region, inhabited mainly by ethnic Armenians, should get self-government status, "reflect their own private opinion and have nothing to do with the policy of official Yerevan".

The Constitutional Court (CC) of Armenia considered today the appeal of the President of Armenia Robert Kocharian about accordance of the Protocol of confirmation of CIS Executive Committee regulations (June 21, 2000) with the main law. Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian was the official representative of the president at court.
